Beach Plum management was most helpful in reducing the stress that comes with moving. Paper work was explained clearly and handled efficiently. Our move in was as scheduled. All equipment and appliances worked well. We are now settling in and enjoy our apartment very much. Moving here exceeded our expectations. We look forward to an enjoyable and comfortable life here at Beach Plum. No more moves.

When we sold our home in Pennsylvania and left for an apartment in Delaware we did not know what to expect and wondered if we made the right decision. Then we met Jax who was extremely helpful and so efficient with the entire relocation process. The BEACH PLUM DUNES location is convenient and centered to all the things we need and want to do. Jax and BEACH PLUM DUNES helped us achieve our goals. Moving here is the BEST DECISION WE EVER MADE!! – and we have moved many times in our lives.

I have lived at Beach Plum Dunes for 11 months now and we absolutely love it. Everyone is so nice, warm and friendly. I moved from a large home with a lot of of square footage to a 2 bedroom apartment so we were concerned about the transition. All we can say is – it was the best move we have ever made. It definitely simplified our hectic schedules now we have no maintenance and can lock up and go on vacation with no worries. This is where we intend to stay.
