From North:
From Wilmington, Delaware, follow Route 1 down pass Dover. Follow Route 1 to Lewes.
Pass Five Points and off of Route 1, following the turn for Cape May Ferry Terminal signage, take a left hand turn at light of Route 1 and Rd. 268A.
At the next stop sign, take right hand turn onto Kings Hwy. Property is on the left hand side at approximately 356 feet.
From South:
From Ocean City, Maryland, follow Coastal Highway to Delaware line and proceed forward through Fenwick and Bethany Beach and go over the Indian River Inlet Bridge and follow for 6 miles to Dewey Beach.
Go through Dewey Beach and continue to stay on Route 1, pass Rehoboth Beach.
Pass Tanger Outlets and at ‘Community Bank’ take a right hand turn into Kings Hwy.
Property is on the right hand side at approximately 1,000 feet off Route 1.
